Kingdom of Lala Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unopened items bought from Kingdom of Lala  within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note: Custom-ordered items are not eligible for return and refund unless defective.

Once we have received your item you can expect your refund to be processed from 5-10 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Refund Steps

  1. Email hello@kingodmoflala.com and tell us your order number and item you would like to refund.
  2. Repackage the item securely, ensuring the item is not damaged and has any labelling still attached.
  3. The cost of postage is your responsibility.
  4. As soon as we receive the item we will issue a refund to the original payment method and send a notification.

Defective Items

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within seven days of receiving the goods. We will process any refund due to you within 14 days. We will confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective goods.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange your item for a different choice. We are working on this and hope to offer this service in the future. Currently, you will need to return items to us  for a refund, then make a new purchase.
